Traveling to India and you must have heard about the Indian Summers!

7. Apples: This fruit is called as the super food that has been linked to lower cholesterol levels, weight
loss and hence prevents cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, and even certain cancers.

8. Celery: This fruit contains 96% of water, and also a combination of mineral salts, amino acids and vitamins
that helps to hydrate your body twice as effectively as a glass of water.
